NET05 motorized

Automatic 3D station NET05 for the most demanding industrial surveying and measuring jobs.

The automatic 3-D station NET05 offers highest accuracy for industry, construction, and deformation measurements.

SOKKIA precision total stations have been successfully employed since 1990 in various industrial applications such as shipbuilding, steel and facility construction, vehicle manufacturing, and bridge building.

Deformation analyses of tunnels, dams, building, and shifting or moving earth are possible as well.

The new NET05 has an angle accuracy of 0.5" (0.15 mgon) and has been developed for the most demanding applications.

It measures to prisms with the highest industry accuracy of (0.8 mm + 1 ppm) up to 3500 m as well as to reflective targets with an accuracy of (0.5 mm + 1 ppm) up to 200 m. Reflectorless measurements are supported with (1 mm + 1 ppm) accuracy up to 40 m. The measuring time was drastically reduced to 2.4 second while in precision measuring mode.

Typical distance measuring accuracies to reflective targets and prisms - documented by PTB calibration records - are 0.2 mm with reflectorless measurements having an accuracy of 0.3 mm.

The resolution of the linear distance measurement amounts to 0.01 mm.

What is so revolutionary about RED-tech EX?

Two commonly used measuring techniques are used in industrial surveying applications: pulse and phase-comparison method. SOKKIA's revolutionary RED-tech EX signal processing technology uses phase-comparison and a hitherto unique process that allows for the analysis of four frequencies simultaneously. The integrated processor continuously compares thousands of measurements with the periodically processed data. Signal interferences due to atmospheric fluctuations or drop-outs (due to cars or branches, for example) are localized and eliminated. Only true data flows into the phase deviation calculation. The phase deviation, in turn, is the correcting quantity used to achieve optimal linear distance measuring values. The RED-tech EX process is also equipped with intelligent learning structures that enable it to deliver increasingly more accurate repeated measurements. This combination of digital signal processing and phase-comparison algorithms SOKKIA total stations simply have more to offer than other, comparable systems - the best degree of precision and accuracy, repeatability, and reliability.

While in auto-pointing mode, the NET05 automatically searches for and measures prisms (up to 1000 m) and reflective targets (up to 50 m).

An intelligent auto-pointing algorithm makes it possible to sight several prisms. The instrument searches for the prism closest to the telescope center.

IP64 - the highest environmental certification for motorized instruments - enables measurements under the harshest conditions.

Bluetooth® technology is used to communicate wirelessly between the 3-DIM-Observer Motorized or a PC across distances up to 300 m.
